Don't dump Overstock Items - Sell them

If your shop is filled with overstock items, then sell them at discounted rates so that you don't suffer from any kind of losses due to decreased demand.

Overstock items are articles that have been purchased in bulk. At times, a shopkeeper purchases large number of products. This happens when demand of an article increases considerably. After some time, the demand decreases, thus the seller needs a mode to clear the leftovers.

The seller can dump the overstock items by selling them at lower prices or selling them to a retailer. Hence, the old stock can be replaced with new ones. Thus, the shopkeeper is able to recover his investment without incurring any losses.

Such a kind of situation occurs among fashionable goods like goggles, belts, accessories etc. When the article is in fad, customers try to purchase them over and over again. Eventually, when the demands fade away, the seller is left with piles of the overstock items.

Some people also sell their electronic gadgets to shopkeepers which sell them at favorable prices. It is much better way to dispose goods rather than dumping them in a dustbin. At least, people with lower purchasing power can afford them at discounted rates.

So, sell the overstock items at lower rates so that they can come in use for people who long to buy it but fail to do so due to less income.
